The Crown GMT-10-6 is a high-performance gas kettle cabinet assembly designed for commercial kitchens. It features two tilting kettles with capacities of 6 gallons and 10 gallons, both equipped with a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. The sturdy 42" cabinet base provides ample storage and support. Key features include electronic ignition for easy startup, an automatic boiler blowdown system for maintenance efficiency, and a double pantry fill faucet for convenient water access. The assembly also includes a 3" deep stainless steel sink for added functionality. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and a durable 304 stainless steel exterior finish, the GMT-10-6 ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. It is supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on uneven surfaces. The unit meets NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame standards, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. A built-in water treatment system and split water line enhance performance and reliability.
