The CSD-1 package enhances safety and functionality, while the water treatment system and split water line ensure optimal performance. Safety is prioritized with a safety relief valve, and the construction includes a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a sleek 304 stainless steel exterior finish. The kettle is supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for added stability. With a powerful output of 200,000 BTU, the Crown GMT-10 is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
