The Crown OB-2-2-27-G is a high-performance gas kettle cabinet assembly designed for commercial kitchens. This unit features a 27" wide cabinet base equipped with two 2-liter capacity manual tilt kettles, ideal for efficient cooking and serving. It includes a spillage sink and drain screen for easy cleanup and maintenance. The kettle assembly is directly steam connected and comes with a steam control valve conveniently located in the right leg. It is equipped with CSD-1 boiler controls and electronic ignition for reliable operation. The split water line and automatic boiler blowdown enhance efficiency, while the safety relief valve ensures safe operation. Additional features include a water treatment system and automatic water level control for consistent performance. The pressure gauge allows for easy monitoring of steam pressure. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and durable stainless steel exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability and flexibility in placement. With a powerful output of 200,000 BTU, the Crown OB-2-2-27-G is NSF and CSA Star certified, meeting high standards for safety and performance.
