Description
The Crown OB-3-2-40-G is a high-performance gas kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. This 40" wide cabinet base features three 2-liter capacity manual tilt kettles, ideal for preparing a variety of dishes. It includes a spillage sink and drain screen for easy cleanup. The unit is directly steam connected and equipped with a steam control valve located in the right leg for precise operation. It features CSD-1 boiler controls and electronic ignition for reliable performance. The split water line and automatic boiler blowdown enhance functionality, while the safety relief valve ensures safe operation. Additional features include a water treatment system and automatic water level control for optimal performance. The pressure gauge provides easy monitoring of steam pressure. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and durable stainless steel exterior, this kettle assembly is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It also includes 6" adjustable legs for stability and is certified by NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame for safety and quality assurance.
