The automatic boiler blowdown and safety relief valve ensure safe operation, while the integrated water treatment system and automatic water level control maintain optimal performance. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a robust stainless steel exterior, the unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The lift-off cover provides easy access, and the 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet allow for stable installation on uneven surfaces.
