The split water line and automatic boiler blowdown enhance functionality, while the safety relief valve ensures safe pressure management. Additional features include a water treatment system and automatic water level control for consistent performance. The pressure gauge provides clear monitoring of steam pressure. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and durable stainless steel exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
