The Crown SCX-10-10 is a versatile convection steamer and kettle combination designed for efficiency and performance in commercial kitchens. This unit features a steam coil system with two compartments, each equipped with a 10-gallon kettle and capable of holding five 12" x 20" pans. Key features include a 48" cabinet base, automatic blowdown, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment, ensuring precise cooking times. The removable pan supports and drip trough facilitate easy cleaning, while the deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances convenience. Automatic water level control, along with a pressure gauge and water gauge glass, provides accurate monitoring of the system. The operating pressure control and high limit pressure control, combined with a safety relief valve, ensure safe operation. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel body, the SCX-10-10 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability and is certified cCSAus and NSF, meeting industry standards for safety and sanitation. A water treatment system and split water line are included for optimal performance.
