The Crown SCX-10-24 is a high-performance convection steamer designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a steam coil system, this unit includes two compartments, each with a capacity for five 12" x 20" pans, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. The 24" cabinet base provides ample storage space. Key features include an automatic blowdown system, a 60-minute timer for each compartment, and removable pan supports with a drip trough for easy cleaning. The automatic water level control ensures consistent steam production, while the pressure gauge and water gauge glass allow for precise monitoring. Safety is prioritized with an operating pressure control, high limit pressure control, and a safety relief valve. The integrated water treatment system and split water line enhance performance and longevity. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, the SCX-10-24 is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. Certified cCSAus and NSF, this steamer meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
