The automatic water level control ensures consistent operation, while the pressure gauge and water gauge glass allow for precise monitoring. The unit is equipped with operating pressure control, high limit pressure control, and a safety relief valve for enhanced safety. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, the SCX-2-24 is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
