The Curtis G4GEMT10A1000 Gemini® G4 Coffee Brewer is designed for high-volume coffee production, featuring a twin configuration with a 1-1/2 gallon capacity. It offers batch selection options of 1/2, 1, or 1-1/2 gallons, producing between 15 to 21 gallons of coffee per hour. The brewer is equipped with a 5.2-gallon tank and operates at a flow rate of 2 GPM, with a pressure range of 20-90 psi, utilizing a 3/8" flare fitting. The Gold Cup Series® digital control touch screen features an intuitive icon-driven interface that simplifies operation, complemented by on-screen instructions for ease of use. A built-in self-diagnostic system enhances reliability, while the energy-saving mode helps reduce operational costs. LED notifications indicate coffee freshness, and an advanced scale warning system ensures optimal brewing conditions.
