The 18-gallon tank volume ensures ample supply, while the 9-3/4" cup clearance accommodates various cup sizes. This brewer features a 1.6 oz. flow rate per second and a half-batch brew cycle for flexibility. Automatic refill during the brew cycle and an emergency refill option enhance convenience. The thermostatically controlled, closed-lid brewing system ensures optimal temperature and flavor extraction. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel body, the URN-300-12 includes a stainless steel basket and a swing spray head for even coffee distribution. It offers both automatic and manual agitation/aeration options, a side-mounted control panel for easy access, and an overflow spout to prevent spills. Adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces, while the dial thermometer allows for precise temperature monitoring.
