Description
The Delfield 18648PTLP is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and durability. This single-section unit features a spacious 48" width and offers 9.36 cubic feet of storage capacity. It accommodates (2) 12"x20" pans, making it ideal for pizza preparation. The prep table includes a sturdy 18-gauge stainless steel top with a LiquiTec® refrigerated pan rail, ensuring optimal ingredient freshness. A 20" cutting board provides ample workspace, while stainless steel ends enhance durability. The side-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a powerful 1/3 HP compressor. Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, and the unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
