The Delfield 18672PDLP is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This two-section unit features a spacious 72" width and accommodates up to six 12" x 20" pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. It includes two doors for easy access and two 1/1 GN shelves for organized storage. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the table boasts a robust 18-gauge stainless steel top and removable hinged covers for easy cleaning. The 17" polyurethane cutting board offers a dedicated workspace for pizza preparation, while the flush mount LiquiTec® raised rails ensure optimal ingredient visibility and accessibility. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates with a 1/5 & 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling performance. The unit is equipped with an on/off switch for easy operation and features 4" casters for mobility.
