The 18-gauge stainless steel top is complemented by a LiquiTec® refrigerated pan rail, providing optimal temperature control for your ingredients. A 20" cutting board enhances workspace functionality, while stainless steel ends add durability and a sleek appearance. Mobility is facilitated by 6" casters, allowing for easy repositioning within your kitchen. The side-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling, powered by a reliable 1/3 & 1/5 HP compressor.
