Description
The Delfield 8172-EFP is a high-performance drop-in refrigerated cold food well unit designed for efficient food storage and service. This unit accommodates five pans, with options for 4" or 6" deep pans that sit flush with the countertop for a seamless look. It features insulated pans to maintain optimal food temperatures, while the stainless steel inner liner and top ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized outer liner adds strength and resistance to corrosion. Equipped with a self-contained Eutectic fluid refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/3 hp compressor. A cutout of 71-1/2" x 25" is required for installation. The Delfield 8172-EFP meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
