Description
The Delfield 8186-EFP is a high-performance refrigerated cold food well unit designed for seamless integration into your countertop. This LiquiTec® drop-in unit accommodates six pans, available in 4" or 6" depths, ensuring a flush fit with your workspace. Its insulated pan construction, combined with a durable stainless steel inner liner and galvanized outer liner, provides excellent temperature retention and durability. The self-contained Eutectic fluid refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a powerful 1/3 hp compressor for efficient cooling. Requires an 85" x 25" cutout for installation. Certified by cUL, UL, and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
