Description
The Delfield CAB2-1013ET is a mobile heated dish dispenser designed for optimal performance and convenience. Featuring the Shelleymatic® Even Temp technology, it ensures consistent temperature control for your dishes. The enclosed mobile design includes two self-elevating dispensing tubes, accommodating dishes up to 10.12" in diameter. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Equipped with two powerful 700-watt heating elements, it maintains the ideal serving temperature. The unit is easily maneuverable with 4" casters and meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
