Description
The Delfield DSLF1-S is a one-section reach-in freezer designed for optimal storage and efficiency. With a spacious 21.0 cubic feet capacity, it features a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that ensures consistent cooling performance. The unit is equipped with a full-height hinged solid door that locks for added security, and three adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. The 4.3" easyTouch® screen temperature display/control allows for precise monitoring and remote access, while the LED interior lighting enhances visibility. The pilaster with shelf clips provides additional support for the shelves. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior, this freezer is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It stands on four 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and ease of cleaning. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a 3/4 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 9.1 amps. The Delfield DSLF1-S is UL and UL Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for food storage in any professional setting.
