Description
The Delfield DSLF1-SH Reach-In Freezer offers a spacious 21.0 cubic feet capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and food service operations. This one-section freezer features a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system for efficient cooling. It is equipped with two half-height hinged solid doors that lock for security, and three adjustable wire shelves to accommodate various storage needs. The 4.3" easyTouch® screen temperature display/control allows for precise monitoring and remote access, ensuring optimal temperature management. Interior LED lighting enhances visibility, while the pilaster with shelf clips provides additional support for the shelves. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior, this freezer is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on four 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and ease of cleaning. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a 3/4 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 9.1 amps. The Delfield DSLF1-SH is UL and UL Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets industry standards for safety and hygiene.
