Description

The Delfield DSLH2-SH Heated Cabinet is a two-section reach-in unit designed for optimal food storage and temperature control. With a spacious 46.5 cubic feet capacity, it features two half-height hinged solid doors that lock for security. Inside, you'll find six adjustable wire shelves, allowing for customizable storage options. The 4.3" easyTouch® screen provides precise temperature display and control, with capabilities for remote monitoring. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen. It stands on four 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and ease of cleaning. Operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph with a 13 amp draw, it is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug and meets UL and UL Sanitation standards for safety and reliability.
