Description

The Delfield DSLHPT2-GH is a high-capacity heated pass-thru cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 46.5 cubic feet capacity, it features eight half-height hinged glass doors that lock for security and easy access from both sides. The cabinet includes six adjustable wire shelves, allowing for customizable storage options to accommodate various food items. Equipped with a 4.3" easyTouch® screen temperature display and control, this unit offers precise temperature management and remote monitoring capabilities. Its durable stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and interior ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The cabinet is supported by four adjustable stainless steel legs, providing stability and flexibility in height. Operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph with a 13 amp draw, it is designed for efficiency and reliability, meeting UL and UL Sanitation standards for safety in food service environments.
