Description
The Delfield DSLHRT2-S is a high-capacity roll-thru heated cabinet designed for efficient food storage and service. With a spacious 72.4 cubic feet capacity, it features four full-height hinged solid doors that lock for security. The cabinet is equipped with a 4.3" easyTouch® screen for precise temperature control and remote monitoring, ensuring optimal food safety. Its durable stainless steel exterior and interior provide a sleek, easy-to-clean surface. This model accommodates standard carts measuring 26 1/2” W x 28” D x 65” H (cart not included). Operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph with a 13 amp draw, it includes a NEMA 6-20P plug and meets UL and UL Sanitation standards for reliable performance in any commercial kitchen.
