The Delfield EHEI36C E-Chef™ Hot Food Table is an electric hot food well designed for efficiency and convenience in food service environments. Measuring 36" in length, it features two sealed hot food wells, each accommodating standard 12" x 20" food pans, complete with drains for easy maintenance. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. This model includes a fill faucet with pre-punched holes for easy field installation on either the left or right side, along with two chrome plugs for a polished finish. An 8" poly cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The open base design enhances accessibility, while the stainless steel plate shelf, top, sides, and bottom shelf with a 3" rear riser ensure durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with casters for mobility, the Delfield EHEI36C is cUL, UL, and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
