Measuring 48 inches in length, it features three sealed hot food wells, each sized 12" x 20", equipped with drains for easy maintenance. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. This model includes a fill faucet with pre-punched holes on both the left and right sides, along with two chrome plugs for flexible installation. An 8-inch poly cutting board provides ample workspace, while the open base design enhances accessibility. The stainless steel construction of the plate shelf, top, sides, and bottom shelf ensures durability and easy cleaning.
