The Delfield EHEI60C E-Chef™ Hot Food Table is an electric hot food well table designed for efficiency and convenience in food service environments. Measuring 60 inches in length, it features four 12" x 20" sealed hot food wells equipped with drains for easy maintenance. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. This model includes a fill faucet with pre-punched holes on both the left and right sides, along with two chrome plugs for flexible installation. An 8-inch poly cutting board provides ample workspace, while the open base design enhances accessibility. The stainless steel plate shelf, top, sides, and bottom shelf with a 3-inch rear riser ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by sturdy casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The Delfield EHEI60C is cUL, UL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
