The Delfield EHEI74C E-Chef™ Hot Food Table is an electric hot food well table designed for efficiency and convenience in food service environments. Measuring 74" in length, it features five sealed hot food wells, each accommodating 12" x 20" pans, complete with drains for easy maintenance. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. This model includes a fill faucet with pre-punched holes on both the left and right sides, along with two chrome plugs for flexible installation. An 8" poly cutting board provides ample workspace, while the open base design enhances accessibility. The stainless steel construction of the plate shelf, top, sides, and bottom shelf ensures durability and easy cleaning, complemented by a 3" rear riser for added functionality. Equipped with casters for mobility, the Delfield EHEI74C meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
