Description
The Delfield N8068N is a drop-in narrow ice-cooled cold food well unit designed for efficient food storage and display. Measuring 67-1/2" W x 18" D, it accommodates three 12" x 20" pans, making it ideal for a variety of food items. The unit features a fit top gasket and a removable perforated false bottom for easy cleaning and maintenance. Insulated for optimal temperature retention, it includes a 1" drain for convenient water removal. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top and interior, along with a galvanized exterior, this cold food well is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. A cutout of 66-1/2" x 17" is required for installation. NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
