The Delfield N8146NBP is a narrow drop-in refrigerated cold food well unit designed for efficient food storage and service. Measuring 46-3/4" W x 18" D, it accommodates two standard pans, making it ideal for various food items. The unit features a 1" drain for easy maintenance and an insulated pan to maintain optimal food temperatures. Constructed with a durable stainless steel inner liner and top, along with a galvanized steel outer liner, it ensures longevity and resistance to wear. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor, providing reliable cooling performance. A cutout of 45-3/4" x 17" is required for installation. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
