Description
The Delfield N8231GP is a high-performance drop-in frost top designed for efficient food preservation and display. Constructed with durable stainless steel and granite, it features a 1.5" deep trough around the perimeter to maintain optimal temperatures. The unit is equipped with a 3/4" stainless steel drain for easy maintenance and an on/off switch for user convenience. Utilizing self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor, this frost top ensures reliable cooling. A cutout of 30-3/4" x 25" is required for installation. The product meets cUL, NSF, and UL standards for safety and performance.
