Description
The Delfield N8663-FWH is an electric drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This 63-inch unit accommodates four standard 12"x20" pans, making it ideal for a variety of food items. Featuring DriTec dry operation, it ensures optimal temperature maintenance without the need for water. The thermostatic temperature controls allow for precise adjustments, while the top one-piece stainless steel construction and galvanized steel exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. It includes a standard push-in flange gasket and adapter bars for seamless installation. Operating at 8 amps with four 500W heating elements, it is compatible with 208Y-240V/1ph power supply. The unit meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchens.
