This drop-in unit measures 63" W and accommodates four 12" x 20" pans (pans not included), making it ideal for a variety of food items. It features independent electronic controls for precise temperature management, ensuring optimal food preservation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top and well, along with a galvanized steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The unit includes a louver with cutout dimensions of 62.00" x 25.00" and a height of 21.38" x 4.38", facilitating easy installation. Powered by two 1/5 HP compressors, the Delfield N8663-FWP meets NSF, cUL, and UL standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service applications.
