The Delfield N8678-FWP is a versatile Hot/Cold/Food Well Unit designed for efficient food service operations. This drop-in unit measures 78" wide and accommodates five 12" x 20" pans (pans not included), making it ideal for a variety of food items. It features independent electronic controls for precise temperature management, ensuring optimal food preservation. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top and well, along with a galvanized steel exterior housing, this unit is built for longevity and easy maintenance. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. The unit includes a louver with cutout dimensions of 77.00" x 25.00" and 26.38" x 4.38", facilitating seamless installation. Powered by two 1/5 HP compressors, the Delfield N8678-FWP meets NSF, cUL, and UL standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
