It is equipped with thermostatic temperature controls for precise heat management, allowing you to maintain optimal food temperatures. Constructed with a durable top one-piece stainless steel surface and a galvanized steel exterior, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The dry operation design ensures safe and effective heating, while the standard push-in flange gasket and adapter bars facilitate easy installation.
