Description
The Delfield ST4448NP-6 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 16.0 cubic feet, it features two doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes a polyethylene cutting board and accommodates six 1/6 size plastic pans, providing ample space for ingredients. Inside, it offers two 1/1 GN shelves for organized storage. The unit is equipped with a 4-inch stainless steel backsplash, ensuring a clean work area. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides, it combines durability with easy maintenance. The 5-inch casters, two of which are locking, allow for mobility and stability. The rear-mounted refrigeration system operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 0.3 hp compressor, ensuring efficient cooling. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
