The Delfield ST4448NP-6M is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a spacious 48" width and offers 16.0 cubic feet of storage capacity. It includes two durable doors for easy access and a stainless steel top equipped with a polyethylene cutting board, ideal for food preparation. The unit comes with six 1/6 size plastic pans, providing ample space for ingredients, along with two 1/1 GN shelves for additional storage. A 4" stainless steel backsplash ensures cleanliness and prevents spills. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides, this unit is built for durability and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 0.3 hp, ensuring efficient cooling while meeting cUL, UL, and NSF standards. This unit is perfect for sandwich and salad preparation, combining functionality with a sleek design.
