Description
The Delfield ST4472NP-12 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a capacity of 24.80 cubic feet, it features three doors for easy access. Inside, it includes three 1/1 GN shelves and comes equipped with twelve 1/6 size plastic pans for efficient ingredient organization. The stainless steel top is complemented by a durable polyethylene cutting board, while the 4" stainless steel backsplash ensures a clean workspace. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides, this unit is built for durability. It is mounted on 5" casters, with two locking for stability. The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 0.35 hp, ensuring efficient cooling. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
