The Delfield STD4448NP-12M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48" width and offers 16.0 cubic feet of storage capacity. It includes four drawers for easy access to ingredients and comes equipped with a durable stainless steel top, complemented by a polyethylene cutting board for seamless food prep. The unit accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size plastic pans, allowing for organized storage of toppings and salad ingredients. A 4" stainless steel backsplash helps maintain a clean workspace, while the stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The interior sides are made from ABS for added resilience. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The rear-mounted R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system operates quietly with a 0.3 hp compressor, providing efficient cooling while being environmentally friendly. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
