Description
The Delfield STD4448NP-6M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48" width and offers 16.0 cubic feet of storage capacity. It includes four drawers for easy access to ingredients and comes equipped with a stainless steel top that incorporates a durable polyethylene cutting board. The unit is designed to accommodate six 1/6 size plastic pans, making it ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. A 4" stainless steel backsplash ensures cleanliness and safety in your workspace. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, along with ABS interior sides, this unit is built for durability and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The rear-mounted, front-breathing refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 0.3 hp, ensuring efficient cooling while meeting cUL, UL, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
