The Delfield STD4460NP-8 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 60" width and offers 20.20 cubic feet of storage capacity. It includes four drawers for easy access to ingredients and comes equipped with a durable stainless steel top, complemented by a polyethylene cutting board for efficient food prep. The unit accommodates eight 1/6 size plastic pans, providing ample space for various toppings and ingredients. A 4" stainless steel backsplash helps maintain a clean workspace, while the stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The interior sides are made from ABS for added resilience. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 0.35 hp, ensuring efficient cooling performance. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
