The Delfield STD4472NP-24M is a high-capacity Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This three-section refrigerated counter measures 72" wide and offers 24.80 cubic feet of storage space. It features six drawers for easy access to ingredients and a stainless steel top equipped with a polyethylene cutting board for food preparation. The unit includes 24 (1/6 size) plastic pans, allowing for organized storage of toppings and salad ingredients. A 4" stainless steel backsplash helps maintain a clean workspace, while the stainless steel front and sides ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The ABS interior sides provide additional durability. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 0.35 hp, ensuring efficient cooling.
