The Dormont Manufacturing WD-20 Grease Interceptor is designed for efficient grease management in commercial kitchens. With a flow rate of 20 gallons per minute and a grease capacity of 40 pounds, it effectively minimizes grease buildup in plumbing systems. The unit features a 3-inch inlet and outlet with no hub connections for easy installation. Its solid steel cover, equipped with a gasket, ensures durability and a secure seal. The hex head center bolt(s) facilitate maintenance, while the removable baffle assembly allows for straightforward cleaning. The deep seal trap includes a cleanout for added convenience. An external cast iron flow control fitting enhances performance, and the epoxy-coated steel construction provides resistance to corrosion. For customized installation, the WD-20 is available with threaded inlet and outlet options by adding "THD" to the part number at no extra cost. This product is PDI certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
