The Dormont Manufacturing WD-25 Grease Interceptor is designed for efficient grease management in commercial kitchens. With a flow rate of 25 gallons per minute and a grease capacity of 50 pounds, it effectively minimizes grease buildup in plumbing systems. The unit features a 3-inch inlet and outlet with no hub connections for easy installation. Its solid steel cover, equipped with a gasket and hex head center bolt(s), ensures durability and secure sealing. The removable baffle assembly allows for straightforward maintenance, while the deep seal trap with cleanout facilitates easy access for cleaning. An external cast iron flow control fitting enhances performance, and the epoxy-coated steel construction provides added protection against corrosion. For added versatility, the WD-25 is available with threaded inlet and outlet options by simply adding "THD" to the part number, at no extra charge. This product is PDI certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
