Description

The Dormont Manufacturing WD-50-L Grease Interceptor is designed for efficient grease management in commercial kitchens. With a low profile design, it accommodates a flow rate of up to 50 gallons per minute and has a grease capacity of 100 lbs. The unit features 4" inlet and outlet connections with no hub fittings for easy installation. Its solid steel cover, equipped with a gasket, ensures durability and a secure seal. The hex head center bolt(s) provide added stability, while the removable baffle assembly simplifies maintenance. The deep seal trap includes a cleanout for easy access, and the external cast iron flow control fitting enhances performance. Constructed from epoxy-coated steel, this interceptor is PDI certified, ensuring it meets industry standards for quality and reliability.
