The unit includes two stainless steel sealed heat wells equipped with drains for efficient operation, along with copper manifolds for reliable heat distribution. A brass valve and precise thermostat controls allow for accurate temperature management. The body and undershelf are made from 20-gauge paint grip steel, providing strength and stability. It stands on 6"H stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for enhanced stability on uneven surfaces.
