The programmable color touch screen control allows for easy temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal food preservation and serving conditions. Constructed with a durable stainless steel body and shelves, this unit is built for longevity and easy maintenance. It features self-contained refrigeration for reliable performance and operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 5.8 Amps. Please note that installation requires a DUKE BG/BGA series food guard for proper functionality.
