The Eagle Group 359108 Director's Choice® Dish Dispenser is a drop-in unit designed for efficient plate dispensing. It accommodates plates with diameters ranging from 5-7/8" to 6-1/2" and operates within a temperature range of 100°F to 180°F (38°C to 82°C) with precise thermostatic control. The dispenser features a stabilizing mechanism and non-marking guideposts to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage to plates.
