The Eagle Group 359110 Director's Choice® Dish Dispenser is a drop-in unit designed for efficient plate dispensing. It accommodates plates with diameters ranging from 7-3/8" to 8-1/8" and operates within a temperature range of 100°F to 180°F (38°C to 82°C) with precise thermostatic control. The dispenser features a stabilizing mechanism and non-marking guideposts to ensure smooth operation and prevent damage to plates. Constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminum, it requires a cutout of 10-9/16" in diameter for installation.
