The Eagle Group 359117 Director's Choice® Dish Dispenser is a drop-in, unheated, and shielded unit designed for efficient plate dispensing. It accommodates plates with diameters ranging from 5-7/8" to 6-1/2" and features thermostatic control for temperatures between 100°F and 180°F (38°C - 82°C). The dispenser includes a stabilizing mechanism and non-marking guideposts to ensure smooth operation. Constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminum, it requires an 8-15/16" diameter cutout for installation. This product is UL and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
