Measuring 36"W x 12"D x 15-1/4"H, this anti-splash Cool Trough® features a durable stainless steel construction with subway-style grating. The grated design allows for optimal drainage while the removable perforated basket simplifies maintenance. Engineered with a built-in pitch directing water toward a 4" drain, it ensures effective flow management. The integral mechanical temperature sensor operates without electrical connections, enhancing safety and reliability. This system also includes a shutoff valve and two pressure check valves for added functionality. Certified by NSF, it meets stringent health and safety standards.
