The Eagle Group CLAGGD-15-NG-X is a high-performance countertop gas griddle designed for professional kitchens. This RedHots® Chef's Line® model features a durable 3/4" thick smooth fully welded polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and excellent cooking results. Measuring 15"W x 28-5/16"D x 18"H, it is compact yet powerful, delivering 31,250 BTU for efficient cooking. The griddle is equipped with a 4"H stainless steel splash guard on the rear and both sides, designed with a sloped front-to-back for easy cleaning. Its stainless steel front and aluminized sides provide durability and a sleek appearance, while the bullnosed front edge enhances safety and accessibility. The manual controls are angled at 45° for user convenience. Additional features include a 2-3/4" grease drawer for easy maintenance and a 3-1/2"D front trough with chute for efficient grease management. The adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet ensure stability on any countertop surface. This model is NSF and cULus certified, guaranteeing compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
